What Motivated You to Join The PAWS Chicago 2009 Marathon Team?
I love animals and told myself back in '04 that I would run the marathon in support of sheltered animals one day.

Is this your first marathon?
Nope. I ran the Chicago marathon in 2004, 2005 and 2007.

On mile 20, what will you think of to keep going?
Of the awesome dinner I plan on having later that day!!! :)

What obstacles, fears or challenges are you overcoming by running the marathon?
My goal this year is to finish the marathon in 4 hours. That is over an hour faster than my finishing time in 2005. Wish me luck!!

Why PAWS Chicago?
I don't have the time to volunteer right now but I still want to contribute to PAWS in some way. I truly believe in their cause. Sheltered animals deserve the best care that they can get.

How did you find out about the PAWS Chicago 2009 Marathon Team?
I received an email from them and jumped at the chance to run with PAWS!!!
