What Motivated You to Join The PAWS Chicago 2009 Marathon Team?
My goofy golden retriever named Murphy would be number 1. Running has become a big part of my life and completing a marathon would be the ultimate for me. Being able to run for such a great cause gives me that extra motivation towards the ultimate goal of completing a marathon.

Is this your first marathon?
This is my first marathon and I am looking forward to the challenge.

On mile 20, what will you think of to keep going?
My big headed golden retriever and the thought of how happy he will be to see me at the finish.

What obstacles, fears or challenges are you overcoming by running the marathon?
I have always enjoyed running but I have never come close to 26 miles. I know I have what it takes but it will be a long, hard journey to that finish line.

Why PAWS Chicago?
I love dogs and running for a charity gives me that extra motivation.
