What Motivated You to Join The PAWS Chicago 2009 Marathon Team?
There are too many domestic animals out there living tough lives because people have given them no other choice. We should do something about this.

Is this your first marathon?
I have been running races since I was 14, ran Div. I track, and finally this is my first marathon!

On mile 20, what will you think of to keep going?
Wow, I really love these people and friends cheering and clapping me on!

What obstacles, fears or challenges are you overcoming by running the marathon?

Why PAWS Chicago?
People create their own problems, animals, especially domestic animals have to deal with us. They deserve a helping hand.

How did you find out about the PAWS Chicago 2009 Marathon Team?
I went to a White Sox game with a ticket from a PAWS group, had always heard of the organization, checked it out, wanted to run a marathon, put two and two together.
